The User Agreement (UA) is a public offer that defines the terms of use of the materials that are set forth on the resource INCRYPTED.com.
1. General provisions
Administration of the resource are persons who are vested with the rights to administer this site within the framework of job duties.
User is a natural person who went to the site, filled in the fields of online forms and agreed to the terms and conditions set out in this UA.
Personal data is the information that the User indicates on the site at the request of the Administration (full name, contact phone number, date of birth and e-mail address).
Processing of personal data are actions aimed at collecting, systematizing and storing the information shared by the User for the correct use of the resource.
Materials are text, graphic information, as well as photos and videos, which appeared as a result of intellectual activity of the Administration. Their copying and republishing on third-party resources is prohibited.
Resource (site) — a group of web pages, which is managed by the Administration. The Administration can perform work and provide services on its own behalf, being an official representative of the Resource.
2. Responsibilities of the Administration
– Provide the user with materials for familiarization in order to get answers to questions, expand their horizons and other personal use of information.
– To administer the site according to the rules set forth in this UA and privacy policy (PP).
– Do not disclose to third parties personal data of users, except in special cases set out in the PP.
3. Responsibilities of the User
– To register on the Site, following the clearly defined procedure.
– Provide up-to-date and accurate information about yourself (full name, date of birth, contact phone number and e-mail address).
– Use the materials of the Resource exclusively for personal purposes — for self-education and home needs. The use of published materials for enrichment and business activities is prohibited.
4. User’s rights
– To leave comments and records that do not conflict with the norms of domestic legislation, may not call for violence, incitement to interracial war and other anti-social actions.
– To study the publications of the Resource for personal use. It is forbidden to transfer publications, images and videos to third parties. It is also unacceptable to copy materials in whole or in part for publication on third-party resources.
– To study the materials, share your opinion about them with other visitors.
5. The user has no right
– Texts, images and videos may not be altered in any way.
– It is forbidden to publish materials on other resources, transfer them for use to third parties.
– It is forbidden to quote texts, photos, videos from the site without a clear and understandable indication of the original source.
