CyberConnect — activity ahead of L2 network launch
The project team has unveiled plans to launch Cyber’s own L2 network. It is being developed with tools from EigenLayer and Optimism in partnership with AltLayer. Serving as a base layer for future social networks, it will also provide users with easy access to tools and financial liquidity in Web3. More information can be found in the project documentation.
Starting March 8, 2024, a special steaking campaign will be launched to attract users and liquidity, and participants will be able to qualify for various rewards. Further in the article we will show you how to take part in it.
Campaign Guide
Note: to participate, you will need to stack the CYBER token by June 8. Take into account all the risks associated with exchange rate changes.
- Go to the site and click Stake CYBER Now.
- Connect your wallet and X (Twitter). Enter the number of tokens we will be sending to Staking and confirm.
Note: 1 staked CYBER token will earn you 40 points per day.
- Next, click Check in to boost my Points and Check-in.
Note: for daily Check-in you get a boost of 0.1% to the points you earn, up to 90%.
Conclusion
This campaign from CyberConnect is somewhat reminiscent of the Blast initiative. Only then we were offered to pledge our ETH for an indefinite period of time, and in return users received points. Despite the similar mechanics, there are some differences. Among the pros of the campaign – in addition to points, we can get rewards in the project token and drops from partners. On the downside, we can include token steaking, the price of which can fall as well as grow. Therefore, if you participate, take into account all the risks.
Highlights:
- contributed tokens are locked until June 8, 2024;
- 1 token earns 40 points per day;
- you can check in daily and get a boost to the points you earn;
- it is important to consider all risks.
