Privacy and cookie-policy

This Privacy Policy (PC) is the document that governs how INCRYPTED.com receives, processes, retains, and uses information about you. By accepting this policy, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms of use of the service and the way your data is processed. 

1. General terms and conditions

1.1 By using the INCRYPTED service, you agree without reservation to all the terms and conditions set out in the Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of the document, please refrain from using our service.

1.2 Administration has the right to correct the PC in whole or to make changes in any part of the document. In this case, the Administration may give notice of it, but is not obliged to pay compensation or make excuses to visitors of the resource in any way. The new version of the Policy shall be deemed to be accepted as soon as it is published in the appropriate section of the site.

1.3 By accepting the stated terms, the user consents to receiving and processing of its personal data, as well as providing information to third parties in the special cases set out below (clause 4.2).

1.4 The Administration does not generally check the accuracy and currency of the information made available by users.

1.5 This SC regulates the terms of receipt, processing and use of personal data (PD) of the user – information, which the user enters in person through third-party websites (eg, profiles on social networks) or in the use of the resource.

Personal information includes information such as:

  • NAME;
  • date of birth;
  • contact number;
  • e-mail;
  • full date of birth.

It is up to the user to decide whether or not to share other Personal Data. It is forbidden to transmit third parties’ Personal Data without permission. The exception is the receipt of such Personal Data from public sources.

1.6. Terms of Personal Data also applies to candidates who seek to occupy any position in the Administration.

1.7. Administration guarantees confidentiality of Personal Data received automatically by the software: IP-address, personal network number, information on the web browser, cookies, operating system and access time.

2. Cookie-policy

2.1 If your web browser accepts cookies, you agree that the Administration may collect and process data from cookies for the purposes specified in this Policy. Also the data from cookies may be transferred to third parties in the unique cases specified below (clause 4.2).

2.2. If you disable or block the option to accept data from cookies in your web browser settings, the Administration regards this action as a prohibition on collecting and processing information from cookies.

3. Purpose of acquiring and processing data

3.1 The Administration collects and processes data in order to comply with the conditions for the correct operation of the site: answering questions, fulfilling commitments made.

3.2 It is permissible to use the Personal Data to identify parties to the agreement. They are also required by the Administration to provide services for the use of the resource, comply with obligations to the user, process orders and applications, improve the resource, develop new services, solve marketing problems and collect statistics.

3.3 The administration shall be entitled to send newsletters to the e-mail address provided during registration or while using the resource.

3.4 Mobile applications shall have the right to collect location information in order to correctly display their requests.

3.5 If the use of Personal Data for other purposes is required, the Administration requests additional permission.

4. Terms of disclosure of information to third parties

4.1 Administration shall keep Personal Data confidential.

4.2 Personal information may be disclosed to third parties only if the user has given consent, there is a clear link between transfer of information and operation of the site, there is a need for such transfer under the norms of national legislation.
