The Road to Sonic: take part in the campaign to celebrate the rebranding of Project Fantom
Fantom is a blockchain platform for building decentralized applications based on the directed acyclic graph (DAG).
The project has attracted $91.6 million in investments from Hashed Fund, Bitscale Capital, Arrington XRP Capital and other funds.
Fantom recently announced a rebranding, a name change to Sonic Labs and the imminent launch of the Sonic Network. And in honor of this, it also launched The Road to Sonic campaign, in the course of completing tasks, users will be able to get Sonic Shard NFTs, which could probably be the criteria for getting drops.
In the guide, let’s take a look at how to participate in the campaign from the project for a potential airdrop.
Guide to completing the activities
Note: you will need a Metamask-type wallet to pass. If you don’t have one, you can use our guide to set it up and customize it.
- Bridging 50 USDC from the Ethereum network to the Fantom network:
- Next, go to the site, connect your wallet and click Create Hero:
- Think of a name and click Create:
- Next, go to the site and enter FTM tokens into the staking to get 100 sFTMx in exchange:
- You can also get sFTMx tokens by normal swapping:
- Perform social tasks on Galxe and brand NFT.
Series 2
- Go to the site, connect your wallet and deposit funds on the platform:
- Open a trading position with a volume of 100 FTM (it can be closed immediately):
- Go to the site and join any clan:
- Exchange FTM for sFTMx on the site, so that in the end the wallet contains 150 tokens or more:
- Doing social assignments on Galxe and branding the NFT.
Series 3
- Go to the Polter Finance website, make a deposit of at least 20 FTM tokens and borrow against them:
- Trade meme tokens on the Degen Express site with volume over 10 FTM:
- Exchange FTM to sFTMx on the site to have more than 200 sFTMx tokens in the wallet:
- On the Galxe-campaign page, do social tasks and claim the NFT:
Testnet
- Go to the site, connect the wallet and click Add testnet to wallet:
- Scroll down and request test tokens on the faucet page by clicking Request Sonic and Coral:
- Then select the CORAL token and exchange it for other tokens:
Conclusion
Completing quests does not take a lot of time, but during their completion you need to purchase tokens and/or contribute them to the staking, which can affect the balance. Therefore, it is worth doing your own investigation (DYOR) before completing quests.
