Rodeo: early activity in the project
Rodeo is a blockchain platform that allows the distribution and consumption of various kinds of content. The peculiarity of the social network is that published posts become unavailable for interaction after 24 hours.
If you like a particular post, the platform allows you to add it to your collection in the form of an NFT. The protocol operates on the Base network, and online interactions require ETH to pay the platform’s commission.
Given that the project is at an early stage of development and there is no information on fundraising, it is not worth spending significant amounts of money on the activity.
In this guide, we will show in more detail the step-by-step stages of interacting with the protocol.
Guide to completing the activities
Notes: a Metamask-type wallet is required to complete the activity. If you don’t have one, you can use our guide to install and configure it.
Important: only addresses that are verified in the Warpcast account can access the protocol.
- Go to the website and connect the wallet with the corresponding address.
- Choose a post and click Mint. Then proceed to create your own post:
- Enter the required data and click Post. Confirm the action in the wallet:
- Periodically interact with the protocol, accumulating active days.
Conclusion
The activity is carried out on the mainnet and requires ETH to pay for commissions, but the costs are not significant since the actions take place on the Base network. The presence of a mandatory Warpcast account will weed out a large number of users, as it costs $6. The platform is at an early stage of development and interaction may be accompanied by malfunctions.
