B3: activities on the mainnet
In early August 2024, Incrypted covered the B3 gaming ecosystem in an article about the project’s testnet. At the time of writing, the testnet had been announced a few weeks earlier, but less than a month later, the team announced the launch of the mainnet.
B3 was created with the support of the Base network developers and Coinbase exchange, and investments totaling $21 million were provided by Pantera Capital, Hashed Fund, Mirana Ventures, and others.
Contrary to the team’s previous statements that there is no insetivation for the testnet, a point system has been added to the mainnet, which may indicate further rewards.
In this guide, we will take a closer look at the activity and show the step-by-step stages of its implementation.
Guide to completing the activities
Notes: you need a Metamask-type wallet to complete the activity. If you don’t have one, you can use our guide to install and configure it.
- Connect the wallet on the website:

- After creating a character, click Next:
- Transfer ETH to the B3 network on the website. A native token worth a few dollars will be enough to pay transaction fees, but if you want to get an additional 10 points, you need to transfer from 0.1 ETH:
- Returning to the first platform, play three games of any kind:
- On the Points section, you can see the active tasks. Also copy the referral link and invite users:
- Support daily visits to the platform for additional points or periodically interact with the protocol and monitor the addition of new tasks.
Note: the task may not be counted, but if the total number of your points has increased, it is completed.
- Additionally, perform available tasks on Galxe.
Campaign on Intract
The team of the quest platform Intract has initiated a campaign with 3000 USDC in prizes. There will be 100 winners in total, and to qualify for participation, you need to interact with B3.

Conclusion
The activity takes place in the mainnet and requires ETH to pay for the fees, but the costs are not significant, provided that the deposit to B3 is made from the Base network, not Ethereum. In the case of a transfer from L1, the commission can be high.
The platform is at an early stage of development and interaction may be accompanied by malfunctions, but the B3 network itself is fast.
